How the loyalty programme works

Customers earn loyalty stamps as follows:

Your stamps:

1 stamp for every order (minimum £3.50 spent).

Your Bonus:

An additional 1 bonus stamp is awarded when a single transaction reaches £10.00 or more.

Your Earnings:

Earning limits only one transaction per day.

After reaching 9 stamps and redeeming the reward, the loyalty cycle resets and repeats from the beginning.

With 6 stamps, the following products are eligible:

Loyalty programme changes: July 2026

Stamp Milestone

To provide a seamless customer experience, existing customers in the old scheme ( free signup reward on 1 stamp and free loaf of bread at 9 stamps ) will transition naturally into the new loyalty scheme while retaining their current stamp balance.

Customers will continue from their existing stamp total and progress towards the next available reward under the new reward structure.

Reward

  • A customer with 2 existing stamps will receive their next reward at 3 stamps (Free Coffee).

  • A customer with 3 existing stamps will not receive the 3-stamp reward, as the third stamp was earned under the previous scheme. Their next reward will instead be at 6 stamps (Free Bread or Cake).

  • Once migrated, customers will continue earning rewards based on the new scheme for all future stamps collected.

This approach ensures a fair transition while avoiding duplicate reward eligibility.
