Wenzel’s the Bakers are currently recruiting Store Managers & Assistant Store Managers.

Wenzel’s the bakers have been trading for over 40 years and catering to the local community with fresh bread, cakes, and savouries. Now one of the fastest growing companies in this sector, we can offer an exciting opportunity to join our family as a Store Manager.

We will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to be part of a diverse and growing company with excellent career development and training. As a Store Manager, you could earn between £26,000 – £28,000 depending on experience. The working week is around 40 hours with the average shift 8:30 – 17:30 but may vary.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Training and development of team members
  • Sandwich and food production standards
  • Stock and inventory control
  • Working towards KPI’s including Wage % targets and sales targets
  • Shop maintenance and displays
